glyso watches your glucose and tells you why it moved — in a few short moments a day.
The glucose coaching app for Type 1 · works with Dexcom and Freestyle Libre

The actual app — not a mockup.
You see the number.
You don't see the why.
glyso finds it — so you can make every day a little better.
03:12
A gentle rise near dawn. Not last night's dinner — it looks like the dawn effect, your liver doing its morning routine. No push, no wake. The explanation was ready before you were.
07:14
glyso watched your glucose while you slept. When you wake, the overnight story is waiting: what it did, and the likely why.
10:41
Two hours after breakfast, the full story: what rose, when it settled, and how it compares with your usual. Straight from the app:
13:26
You check after lunch. Instead of a bare number, context from your own history.
16:55
An afternoon snack nudges your level. glyso notices and asks the one question that matters — you answer in a tap, and that's the only homework all day.
Under the hood
Every answer glyso gives traces back to meals you logged and readings from your own sensor — never generic advice.

Trends — your weeks, measured honestly.
Time in range, steadiness, your averages — each against your own recent normal, not a textbook's. The glyso energy score reads your day once it knows what your normal looks like.
"What does coffee do?" "Does moving help?" The Lab answers from meals you actually logged — and tells you how much evidence sits behind every claim. Where the evidence can't separate a food from its occasion, it says nothing.

The Lab — built from 31 meals across 38 days.
How glyso compares
| glyso | Your CGM app | Logbook apps (mySugr & co) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Why it moved | Every rise and dip paired with its likely cause — the meal, the walk, the dawn effect. | Not its job — it shows the number. | You log; it stores. The why is left to you. |
| Compares your own days | The same lunch across weeks: "the last four times, this rose about 2." | One day at a time. | Charts — but you do the comparing. |
| Knows what you ate | A tap when it spots the rise. | No. | Only if you type it in, every time. |
| Effort | Seconds, when asked. | None. | Every meal, forever. |
| Alarms | No — deliberately. That's your CGM's job. | Yes — highs, lows, rising fast. | No. |
Your continuous glucose monitor (CGM) is essential — glyso works alongside it, not instead of it.
Pricing
£10 /month
One plan. Everyone on it. Cancel any month.
Your first month is free.
| Service | Published price | What that price covers |
|---|---|---|
| glyso | £10/month | Coaching on the CGM you already wear for your diabetes. |
| ZOE | £9.99/month, after £299 upfront | Gut and blood testing plus food scoring; the upfront test is not optional. |
| Levels | $499/year (about $42/month) | Metabolic coaching; sensors billed separately, around $89 a shipment. |
| Nutrisense | From $179/month, or $39 app-only | Coaching with sensors supplied; the cheaper tier drops the sensors. |
| Signos | $129–$449/month | A weight-loss programme with sensors supplied; price falls with longer lock-in. |
Prices as published by each service in August 2026. This is deliberately not like-for-like: those services are built for weight loss or general metabolic health, most of them bundle a sensor, and the dollar prices are not UK prices. glyso does not sell sensors and never will — you already have one on your arm, prescribed for your diabetes. The £10 buys the layer that explains what it records, and nothing you are already paying for.
Every explanation glyso gives you is only as good as the data underneath it. Before we let more people in, we check that data is right: each reading sitting on the right minute, each meal matched to the rise it actually caused, and every figure we pull from a sensor or a wearable reconciled against what that device recorded. Thirty people is what we can check properly at once.
It is a slower way to grow, and we would rather do that than hand you an explanation we have not verified.
Thirty people are already using glyso in an early, unofficial batch. Batch 2 — the first official test pilot — opens on Thursday 1 October: thirty places, first month free, then £10 a month.

Questions
glyso is a glucose coaching app for Type 1 diabetes. It reads your continuous glucose monitor (CGM), spots what moved your glucose, and explains why in plain English — the meal, the walk, the dawn effect. It works with Dexcom and Freestyle Libre.
No. glyso is a coaching layer for everyday diabetes management — it explains what already happened and doesn't diagnose, treat, or sound alarms. Real-time high and low alerts stay your CGM app's job, and glyso never gives insulin advice.
Dexcom and Freestyle Libre. If you can see your glucose on your phone today, glyso can explain it.
It's yours. Your glucose history is private, encrypted, and never sold. Ever.
Thirty people are already using glyso in an early, unofficial batch. The first official test pilot — batch 2 — opens on Thursday 1 October: 30 places, full access, first month free, then £10 a month, with invites sent by email through TestFlight. Claim a place below; if batch 2 fills, you're first in line for batch 3 — and your answer to "what would you want glyso to tell you?" genuinely shapes what we build.
Why glyso exists
Your CGM sees this minute. glyso remembers last Tuesday — and the last four times you had that same lunch.
A sensor can't know what you ate. glyso connects your food, movement and routine to your curve.
"You're usually a bit lower around now." Sometimes the most useful thing to hear is that nothing is wrong.
To be fair to your CGM: alarms are its job, and it does them well. glyso doesn't do alarms — it does understanding.
22:47
Not because nothing happened — because nothing needed you. glyso only speaks when it has something worth your attention, backed by your own history.
