glyso pricing
Pricing
Free while it's in beta. Then one subscription, everything in it.
£0 during the beta
The beta runs for three weeks from Sunday 1 November, free for its 30 testers. Every place has gone, so the mailing list hears first when glyso opens to everyone.
Places and prices
What Wave 2 means. Join the list now and, when glyso launches, your first month is free. After that it’s £7.99 a month for 2 years, instead of £11.99. When the 250 Wave 2 places are gone, Wave 3 starts at £9.99 a month for the first year.
No commitment. Just put your email in to secure your place. Nothing to pay today, and you can cancel any time.
Your place, and the price that comes with it, is fixed the day you join.
Once the beta ends, glyso is a paid app on the App Store, with no free trial and no free tier. Both plans include every feature.
Monthly
£11.99/ month
Billed every month through the App Store. Cancel any month.
Yearly
£99.99/ year
£8.33 a month, billed yearly through the App Store.
Both plans include everything: Today, your log, the glyso score, Trends and Ask glyso.
How the price compares
| Service | Published price | What that price covers |
|---|---|---|
| glyso | £11.99/month or £99.99/year | The explanation layer on the CGM you already wear for your diabetes. |
| ZOE | £9.99/month, after £299 upfront | Gut and blood testing plus food scoring; the upfront test is not optional. |
| Levels | $499/year (about $42/month) | Metabolic coaching; sensors billed separately, around $89 a shipment. |
| Nutrisense | From $179/month, or $39 app-only | Coaching with sensors supplied; the cheaper tier drops the sensors. |
| Signos | $129–$449/month | A weight-loss programme with sensors supplied; price falls with longer lock-in. |
Prices as published by each service in August 2026. Deliberately not like-for-like: those services are built for weight loss or general metabolic health, most bundle a sensor, and the dollar prices are not UK prices. glyso does not sell sensors — you already wear one, prescribed for your diabetes.
The beta
Thirty people get in first. They shape what everyone else gets.
glyso is being built with people who live with diabetes, not just for them. The first thirty use it before anyone else, tell us where it's wrong, and help decide what it explains next, with a direct line to the founder the whole way.
All thirty places have gone. The next way in is the App Store launch, and the mailing list hears about it first.
"Built by someone with Type 1 diabetes who was tired of seeing countless numbers — and never knowing the 'so what'."
